Phase I: Deep Sensory Rest (30 Minutes)
Step into complete, cocooning darkness and let go. Resting under a cooling jade face mask, your senses are enveloped in calming aromatic essential oils and the low, resonant vibrations of guided sound. With zero demands on your attention or energy, you are invited into a state of uninterrupted stillness so profound you'll wish you could stay forever.
Phase II: Somatic Tension Release (45 Minutes)
Your journey transitions into targeted bodywork, beginning with the rhythmic Thai Body Tapping, a warming, herb-filled hand-held massage tool worked in a steady rhythm along the back, neck, and shoulders, to break up stagnant energy. Next, gentle facial cupping increases circulation and relieves facial tightness, concluding with a warm, heated herbal poultice pressed along the back, neck, and shoulders to melt away deep-seated stress.
